Carols for a Cause
Carols for A Cause is a signature program imagined, produced, and led by Justin Reeves, CEO of JR Group. This program aims to take the intangible and incomparable joy of the Christmas season and turn it into tangible help for the community.
Each year, the program will aim to spread awareness, raise funds, or accept charitable donations for a cause while also spreading Christmas cheer through music, dance, and other talent.
2020
Carols for a Cause 2020 was held virtually due to the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the unforeseen hardships the year brought to many, the miracle of technology enabled the continuance of this wonderful event.
Justin, volunteers, and musical guests came together electronically to raise more than $1200 for the Prince William County Shelter. This year's Carols for a Cause event was a true testament to the generous and resilient condition of the human spirit.
2019
2019 was Carols for A Cause's inaugural year. During this year we raised approximately $400 dollars worth of supplies including socks, scarves, feminine products, and toiletries for the Prince William County Winter Shelter.
Hosted by internet talkshow personality, LadyT, and partnering with The Life Church in Woodbridge, VA, the program consisted of a Christmas themed talent show with 10 participants. The winner was awarded a cash prize of $250.00 from JR Consulting.
